In a most successful weekend for the club, Borehamwood emerged with two breathtaking wins.

In a friendly against Potters Bar on Saturday played on 5 rinks, Borehamwood scraped home by         5 shots, 74-69.

Their winning rinks were Vera Hancock and Danny Agras skipped by Joan Tester (19-17), Pat Stephens, Lesley Martin and Peggy Pollintine skipped by Dave Middleditch (16-14), and Pat Talbot and Eileen Mason skipped by Roy Edwards who won 17-10.

In the penultimate Watford & District League Match of the season, Borehamwood pipped Watford by three shots,57-54.

Their two winning rinks were Brian Mayhew, Bryan Mayson and Dave Middleditch skipped by Roy Edwards,19-16, and Top Rink John Roe, Don Putman and Danny Agras skipped by Dave Winter, 22-18.
